What Does the Annual Maintenance Include?
As an SPP member, you’ll receive annual maintenance, which includes the following checks for your plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems:
- Check toilets for: levelness, tight bolts, flushing properly
- Check water pressure
- Check showers, tubs, sinks and faucets for: leaks, shutoff valves, drains and overall ease of operation
- Check outside hose bibs for proper function
- Check all shutoff valves, including gas line
- Check water and gas lines for leaks
- Proper venting
- Inspect hot water heater: proper temperature, ventilation, all valves, sediment buildup, expansion tanks
- Check condition of main service panel, breakers and meter base; as well as any additional service panels in the home
- Check the condition of main service cable feeding the home
- Check for proper grounding and correct wiring
- Test existing GFCI outlets and for GFCI protection in required areas of the home
- Check surge protection
- Check lighting, outlets, switches
- Test smokes alarms and carbon monoxide detectors
- Check entire system to ensure it is in safe operating order, including the furnace, air conditioner, air handler, coil, and refrigerant
- Check all safeties, wiring, pressure, temperatures, amp readings and components
- Includes a wipe down of your system and burner cleaning
- Ask your HVAC specialist about cleaning coils and the blower wheel
Terms of Agreement
- You agree to maintain membership for a minimum of 12 months.
- Monthly debit of your account.
- Your plan will automatically renew at the end of each year.
- If you decide to cancel your agreement after your 12 months, just send us an email to customercare@www.gillece.com or mail us a letter requesting cancellation to the address at the bottom of this web page.
- Your membership is transferable to a new home if you are moving within our service area.
- You can cover rental or additional properties for an additional fee – ask your service provider for additional details.
