Same Day Service Guarantee
Gillece Services is serious about getting to your problem the same day. We are so serious about it that we guarantee that we will be there the same day to help you with your problem, and if for some reason we are unable to come to your home the same day, we will perform the work for you for free.
That’s right, we will perform the work requested in the original call for service with no charge for labor and no trip fee. We do ask that you pay for the cost of any parts.
There are a few restrictions that apply to the Same Day Service Guarantee and they are as follows:
Same Day Service Guarantee Restrictions:
- Residential customers only.
- Does not apply to rental or landlord/tenant property of any kind.
- Does not apply to commercial property.
- Must call before 12 Noon, Monday through Friday (10am Saturday or Sunday).
- Must be available all day.
- Must answer your phone (when called for dispatch).
- Must be a priority service call.*
- Weather permitting.
- Within a limited coverage area (Outside 30 mile radius of Pittsburgh, call to confirm. Will depend on distance and access to major roadway)
- Any attic work is excluded.
- Gillece reserve the right to refuse service.
- Holidays excluded.
*What is a priority service call?
- Clogged Sewer
- Clogged Toilet
- Backed Up Floor Drain
- Clogged Sink and Bathtub Drains
- Toilet Leaks
- Dripping Faucet
- Water Heater
- No Heat
- No Air Conditioning
- No Power
- No Gas
- Water leaking that can cause property damage
- Plus many other regular service calls
What is not a priority service call:
- Tune-ups
- Inspections
- Dye Tests
- Free Estimates
- Scheduled Maintenance
- Preventative Maintenance
