Other companies may say it, but we really mean it! Gillece’s Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical Services are available in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, weekends and holidays, anytime, day or night…at no extra charge! Whether it’s 11:00a.m. on a Monday, 8:00p.m. on a Saturday, or 2:00 a.m. on Thanksgiving morning – at Gillece Services, we don’t care what time it is or what day it is – we never stop working for you. “We’re Always Here to Take Your Call” and we will answer our phones.
There’s nothing more alarming than waking up in the middle of the night to a bad water leak, or switching on your furnace over a holiday only to realize than nothing has happened, or starting a week’s worth of laundry early on a Sunday morning with ice cold water coming out of the hot cycle in your washing machine. Alarming, overwhelming and frustrating. At Gillece Services, we’re here for you. Like a good friend, we’ll answer our phone, get to you as soon as possible, and take care of your problem while respectfully caring for your home as if it were our own. Our trustworthy and talented team of Gillece Services Technicians are stationed all over Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas and communities, ready and willing to respond to your needs at a moment’s notice. We’re right in your neighborhood!
Here’s how it works. If your problem involves a Plumbing, Heating, Cooling or Electrical issue, simply remember to “Call Gillece!” Pick up the phone and dial 1-888-66-BURGH to immediately talk with one of our Customer Service Specialists. Your important dilemma will be managed in detail and all of your correct information will be quickly transferred to our in-house Dispatch Department. From there, the right Gillece Services Technician, based on your location and your needs, will be assigned to solve your problem during a time frame that’s convenient for you. WE WORK AROUND SCHEDULE! You don’t work around ours. Also, you will be notified via a courtesy call approximately 30-minutes prior to the arrival of the Gillece Services Technician actually coming to your home during your scheduled time frame.
So, don’t panic – and remember what Gilley says, “Call Gillece!”
