According to wpxi.com, “Saturday’s snowfall created power outages throughout the Pittsburgh region.  Officials said power was expected to be back on by Sunday afternoon for customers in Westmoreland County, one of the areas hit worst by the storm.  Heavy, wet snow snapped tree limbs which fell onto power lines.  At one point on Saturday, about 4,000 customers in Westmoreland County were without power….”
